I guess since it’s been in full swing for a while, I should start talking about Project Palette a bit more.

Snow Miku
This one’s a bit on the messy side, but oh well. This Miku is from 2014, I think (correct me if I’m wrong) with a magical theme. There’s one every year, and it’s so hard to catch up…
My first digital drawing was of a snow Miku, so that’s the reason why.
Sorry for being a bit short, but I spend most of my time doing some digital coloring for my other WordPress blog, The Anime Palette, so go check it out; maybe you’ll recognize it…!
Learning through BRAWLs
No, no, I’m not talking about Super Smash Brothers Brawl, but rather a debate style created by my English teacher (who probably didn’t base it off of SSBB, either). But, surprisingly enough, I ended up finding similarities between the two anyway.
The Summertime Record: Reflections on What Lies Near the Heart
“What the heck, it’s not even been a year yet since the blog began, and you’re already doing a reflections post?” Yes. Yes I am.
Warning, it is a bit on the wordy side.

Swan
Happy Mother’s Day, everyone! This isn’t a “drawing”, per se, but there was enough effort put into it so I figured it could do as my sketch for the week.
This was the 3D Origami Swan I made for my mother this year, took pretty much the whole day to make, but I think it was well worth the effort and time; the end result is so pretty!
But on this Mission, I Must Go Alone…
Another one for the Vocaloid group!
If you’re feeling down, there is sometimes nothing better than to dwell in that feeling and listen to sad music. Katie’s post has a wonderful selection of Vocaloid music, some love related, some more general in nature, but all with a rather melancholy feeling. It’s a charming thing about the Vocaloids that I like, how they can tell a whole story within music.
So if you’re up to having really sad feels right now, or just want to linger in a sad moment, swing on by and check it out (along with the rest of her blog!)
